Biography
Anjushree Bangre is a MS student in the Department of Industrial Engineering at University of Tennessee under the advice of Dr. Rupy Sawhney. She completed her BS. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Visvesvaraiah Technological University, India. She is currently working on developing a methodology to enhance the implementation of lean systems with the integration of a personnel skills alignment framework.
