Biography
Dhanush Agara is currently a MS student in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Tennessee, and works under the supervision of Dr. Rupy Sawhney. He holds a MS in Statistics from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University in India.
His current research presents failure prediction using machine learning methods to improve the throughput of equipment by scheduling maintenance activities in advance.
