Biography
Jafar Namdar was an MS student at the Department of Industrial and System Engineering at University of Tennessee, Knoxville under the advice of Dr. Rupy Sawhney. He earned both MS. and BS. degrees in Industrial Engineering from University of Tehran, Iran and Khaje Nasir University of Technology (K.N.T.U), Tehran, Iran. His principal research interest lies in operation research and its applications for designing supply chain networks under uncertainty and disruption risk.
