Biography
Nooshin Hamidian is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville advised by Dr. Rupy Sawhney. She holds a BS. degree in Industrial Engineering at Khaje Nasir University of Technology in Iran, and a MS. Degree at Sharif University of Technology in Iran. She has conducted research in game theory in Supply Chain Management, as well as inventory management and bundle pricing.
Currently, her research focus is in the application of marketing strategies in healthcare problems. She is working on customer segmentation methods in healthcare to provide a framework that identifies children who are at risk of diabetes and obesity.
