Biography

Adam is an undergraduate research assistant in the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department through the Center for Advanced Systems Research and Education where he works primarily on Department of Energy projects with Oak Ridge National Lab and CNS (Y-12&Pantex). Currently, he is a senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville working towards a bachelors degree in economics with a collateral in business analytics and statistics. He has strengths in strategic and analytical thinking to make decisions in commanding and leading groups to excellence.
Currently his research and focuses are in industrial and systems engineering to increase operational excellence. With an economics degree, he possesses a multifaceted perspective that empowers him to strive for optimization and continuous improvement within businesses and complex systems. This unique insight extends beyond the bottom line, fostering an environment where workforce quality of life is not just a consideration but a fundamental component of sustainable success.
